I Am Nut Ok's signature cheese - a bold, smoky cashew cheese ripened in a coat of activated coconut charcoal ash, featuring a gorgeous black vein running through the center. A depth of woody, hickory flavours give body to the cashew nut’s natural creaminess.
Often eliciting an 'oh wow' response from customers when they sample this cheese in store - it's easy to see why this is one of our most popular cheeses. The activated charcoal coat gives a light, smokey aftertaste that combines beautifully with the tangy and creamy cashew base.
Ingredients: cashew nuts, coconut oil, organic miso (soy), nutritional yeast, wine vinegar, pink himalayan salt, garlic, onion, tapioca, mustard, activated charcoal, lactic acid, cultures.
Allergens in bold. Prepared in a facility that also handles other nuts, gluten, soya and mustard.
Storage: Store in the fridge between 3-5C and consume within 2 weeks of delivery. Wrap well or put in container after opening. Can be frozen up to 4 months.
