A rich, smoky black stout infused with dandelion root. Roasted coffee and burnt caramel at first taste, followed by bitter dark chocolate. ‘Kent Golding’ hops with the addition of dandelion results in a light, earthy & peppery flavour, light, refreshing. Fermented for three weeks to give an aroma of fruit, spice and gooseberries. Mittelfrüh hops, Pilsen and Munich malts combine in creating a wonderful summer beer.
