Those geniuses at Mouse's Favourite have taken everyones favourite cheese (The Camembert), with it's soft centre and slightly stinky rind, and added everyones favourite bacterial culture (Penicillium Roqueforti) to create this match made in heaven! The CamBlue has all the physical traits of a Camembert, but with the addition of the Blue flavour, the result is a delicious cheese reminiscent of a Blue Brie.

Shelf life and storage: 2 weeks from manufacture, use within 1 week of opening. Keep refrigerated below 5ºc. It will become firmer and stronger in flavour as it matures. We do not recommend freezing this cheese as it can destroy the delicious blue cultures.
