Elder Champagne Saison Bottle
A sparkling beer with a delicate elderflower flavour. Fermented with Champagne yeast for a crisp finish reminiscent of a fine, dry white wine.
More Info Elder is Earth Ales' elderflower sparkling beer - the first release in their Hedgerow Series. It delivers a delicate, elderflower flavour and aroma, with a slightly tart finish. Earth Ales use a blend of wild strains, most of which were cultivated from elderflowers they foraged in the Oxfordshire countryside. They also pitch Champagne yeast mid-fermentation, which gives that crisp finish, reminiscent of a fine, dry white wine.
Ingredients
Water, malt (gluten) , hops, barley (gluten) , champagne yeast, brettanomyces yeast, lactobacillus, spelt (gluten) , elderflower. Natural, unfiltered & unfined.
Allergens in bold . 750ml sharing Bottle, 5% ABV.
