Sumear is an experienced, ex-dairy cheese maker who specialises in a variety of uniquely cultured, hard, and crumbly cheeses. Using traditional methods, his own unique, plant-based bacterial cultures, and a perfect cave environment to age his authentic cheeses, Sumear's cheeses are the real deal and loved by the cheese purists out there.

This particular cheese is what Sumear calls a 'young cheese' as it's undergone around 20 days of ageing. It has a firm, yet creamy texture and a sharp and tangy flavour profile, just like a mild, dairy cheddar.

It’s amazing on its own, sliceable, grate-able, and can be cooked into a cheese sauce.

Ingredients: Cashew Nuts, Tapioca Starch, Home-Grown Lactobacillus Cultures, Coconut Oil, Salt, Kappa Carrageenan, Garlic
 
Allergens in bold.
May contain traces of gluten, nuts, soya and mustard or sesame. 
 
Storage: wrap cheese in waxed paper, baking paper or parchment paper. Place within an airtight container and place in the fridge. Use within 3 weeks of delivery, however, can last longer if frozen. Watch out for bad smells and remove any unwanted mould.
