A feta-inspired, almond-based cheese with a salty, creamy and crumbly texture. Firmer than the usual cashew cheese so perfect for crumbling and sprinkling on top of salads or pasta dishes. Marinated in oil with garlic and herbs.
Ingredients: almonds, water, cultures, rapeseed oil, agar agar, salt, garlic, lemon zest, herbs de provence, pink + black peppercorns.

May contain traces of gluten, nuts, soya and mustard or sesame.
Storage: store at 3-5C and eat within one month of manufacturing.
