A firm and fruity quince paste
The Spanish have been making Membrillo for hundreds, if not thousands, of years. Ours is made from the finest hand-selected Spanish quinces. To get such an intense flavour and colour, Santa Teresa never makes use of the core or pulp, only the fruit itself. This is a firm and fruity paste that can take pride of place on anyone’s cheeseboard.
Quince fruit (52.8%), sugar and lemon
Weight ~ 170g
Store in a cool place and refrigerate after opening. Once opened consume within two weeks.
