Ingredients: cashews, Penicillin Roqueforti, Salt, Mesophyllic cultures.

Allergens in bold. Prepared in a facility that also handles other nuts, gluten, soya and mustard.
Storage: Store in the fridge between 3-5C and consume within 2 weeks of delivery. Wrap well or put in container after opening. Can be frozen up to 2 months.
