Infused with truffle oil to create rich, earth tones, this is great spread on a cracker or baked - ideally with a loaf of crusty bread nearby for dunking.

Water, Shea butter, Rice bran oil, Starch (Tapioca, Potato), Modified potato starch, Miso (SOY) , Vegetable protein (faba bean, pea, potato), Nutrional Yeast, Salt, Carrageenan, Natural Flavourings, Lactic Acid, Cultures
Storage
Keep cheese refrigerated. Once opened, consume within 3 days. Use by date will be minimum 8 days from delivery, check label for exact date. Shamembert can be frozen for up to 3 months and then baked from frozen for best results.
