Rhondda Red is a tangy, savoury almond-based cheese with a vibrant colour. This cheese is a delicious alternative to dairy Red Leicester, and named by our founders who hail from the Rhondda Valley . This fauxmage can be enjoyed on a cheese board with chutney, sliced with some warm, toasted bread, or even melted into a silky cheese sauce.
Ingredients
Almonds , coconut oil, tapioca flour, nutritional yeast, miso paste ( SOY BEANS, rice, salt, alcohol ) , salt, annatto, lactic acid, mustard powder, onion powder.
Allergens in bold . Prepared in a facility that also handles other nuts , gluten, soya and mustard.

Store in the fridge between 3-5C and consume within 5 days of opening. Wrap well or put in container after opening.
